To fix your time, when you are logged into the blog in the top right corner click "customize" then on the left hand side of the screen second tab in click "settings" then the tabs below that one once settings have been clicked, go to "formatting", five options down on the page you'll see "time zone" and just adjust it to eastern, and save it at the bottom. Your posts will be correctly timed then. It took me awhile to figure this out on my blog too, and it really aggravated me. Much love.
